Travel the world: the special children's menu
Children are very welcome in the restaurant of Van der Valk Hotel Tiel! We have created a delicious children's menu especially for our youngest diners. Together with Timo Toekan, the children go on a journey around the world. How about a trip to China with a delicious wok dish with noodles and prawn crackers? A trip to Australia with a real Australian barbecue with a meat skewer and fries? Or a typical American burger, an Italian pizza or a tasty croquette, cheese soufflé, frikandel or chicken nuggets? Of course, all with a nice cup of soup as a starter and a children's ice cream after. Bon appetit!
Lunch, brunch or dinner with children; a meal full of fun
Besides a delicious children's menu, there is plenty for children to do in and around the restaurant. The special Timo Toekan menu, for example, is wrapped in a fun activity booklet full of fun colouring pictures, puzzles and facts about the different countries for the kids. But that's not all. Of course, there is also something fun to win. The Timo Toekan booklet also contains a colouring page. Do the children colour in the most beautiful colouring in? Then they will also have a chance of winning great Timo Toucan prizes. Fingers crossed!
Restaurant with play corner
Right next to our family restaurant is the children's play corner. A place where the children can let off steam, colour in peace and quiet, watch a film and play together with the other children while the parents enjoy a culinary breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner in our family restaurant. A big advantage is that our play corner is a separate room near the restaurant. So parents can enjoy themselves undisturbed and secretly keep an eye on things while the children make friends in the play corner.
