What is it?
The Golden Ticket is a special recognition you can receive from colleagues from other hotels or other selected guests. Colleagues from other hotels who have booked with their staff discount with us and selected guests receive this Golden Ticket to award one of you! If they feel you truly make a difference, you will receive a Golden Ticket. You can use this to save for great prizes.
How to get a chance?
By putting in extra effort, standing out, and providing our guests with a memorable stay, you have a chance to receive a Golden Ticket. Have you received a Golden Ticket? Congratulations! Submit it to your manager. We keep a list of your collected tickets and the rewards you have already redeemed.
Rewards
1 ticket: One free staff meal.
2 tickets: 2 free cocktails of your choice
3 tickets: Suite upgrade when staying at our hotel (subject to availability).
5 tickets: Free 3-course menu or dinner in Toco for two people.
7 tickets: Free overnight stay in a Deluxe Room in our hotel.
14 tickets: Free overnight stay in a suite of your choice in our hotel including breakfast.
Terms and Conditions
Golden Tickets are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Expired tickets will not be accepted.
Golden Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be gifted to other colleagues.
Any attempt at abuse or fraudulent acquisition of Golden Tickets may result in the loss of collected tickets and other appropriate measures.
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen Golden Tickets.
The hotel reserves the right to change rewards associated with Golden Tickets without prior notice.
Golden Tickets are not exchangeable for cash.
