Yes, Van der Valk Hotel Tiel has over 600 paved parking spaces. Parking is free for hotel guests, restaurant patrons, or meeting room attendees. Additionally, Hotel Tiel has a number of charging points for your electric car.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

At Van der Valk Hotel Tiel, dogs are allowed in certain room types, but you must indicate that you are bringing pets so that we can take this into account. Check-in is possible from 2:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am at the latest. If you wish to check out later or check in earlier, please contact the hotel reception.

Is there a restaurant at Van der Valk Tiel?

Yes, Van der Valk Hotel Tiel has 1 restaurant and 2 hotel bars. The Restaurant on the 2nd floor is open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Lobby Bar on the ground floor is open from: Monday to Wednesday: 09:00 - 00:00 and Thursday to Sunday: 09:00 - 17:00. On the 16th floor, you will find the SIXX Skybar. This is an exclusive location at 53 meters high with a 360-degree panoramic view over the entire Betuwe region. It is open from Thursday to Saturday 17:00 - 00:00 and on Sunday from 17:00 to 23:00.

Do I need to make a reservation for the restaurant?

How can I book a massage?

Is the reception available 24 hours?

The hotel and the reception are available 24/7.

Does the hotel have a bicycle storage?

We have a free, covered, and lockable bicycle storage facility (limited capacity; if our lockable bicycle storage is full, you can use our outdoor bicycle storage). In addition, we have charging points for your electric bike, however, we recommend that you take the batteries to your room and charge them there if possible.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax & local charges of the city of Tiel amount to €3.00 per person per night.
