Fitness is an excellent way to work with your body. By doing exercises responsibly you will notice that your muscles get stronger and your silhouette tighter. Your condition improves, you get a better body posture and less chance of injuries.
Based on your objectives, wishes and possibilities, a personal program will be made during an initial introduction lesson. On the latest equipment from Matrix and with a guidance of our fitness coach, you will perform the exercises specially composed for you.
In addition to fitness, we also offer group lessons. These various lessons are offered both live and virtual. A Connexus wall has been placed in the fitness room, where functional training is taking place.

Due to the current circumstances we have realized an outdoor fitness at the back of our hotel. Hotel guests staying at Hotel Tiel can use our fitness facilities free of charge. Reservation is required and a maximum of 100 persons are allowed. No admittance under 14 years.
